I'm a designer with a Master's in Service Design from SCAD. Right now, I'm at JPMorgan Chase designing tools that make financial advisors' lives easier (and help them better serve their clients).
I'm obsessed with getting to the root of problems instead of just polishing the surface. I dig into research, think in systems, and create experiences that work for everyone involved. Each project teaches me something new about how people behave versus how we perceive them to.
When I'm not designing, you can find me training and racing with elite cycling programs, competing nationally. The discipline and strategic thinking required in competitive cycling translates directly to how I approach complex design challenges.
